Student Contract
There will be no additional discounts or sales available on voice lessons unless specifically expressed by Artistic Elevation Productions LLC.
Fees are made payable to Artistic Elevation Productions LLC at each lesson with Cash or Money order. No lessons will be given on credit, and personal checks are not accepted. For fiscal accountability purposes, you will recieve a reciept of payment for all lessons attended.

New students will be required to fill out a contact information form,as well as sign a student contract if he/she chooses to continue lessons after the first lesson. this contract will lock in the lesson fee and time slot for the duration.
